My goodness was this an intense workout. I am sweating. I loved every second of it.
The combinations were a bit more complex than usual. I went slow, like always, and took my time to make sure I got all the movements correct. That didn’t affect how much my heart rate went up. I just wish I had watched the four-minute pre-workout run-through video before I started.
My heart rate averaged between 120bpms and 125bpms. It spiked at 130bpms; not bad for modifying. The hubs did the workout with me and he was sweating like crazy as well. I know the next time it comes up I’ll do even better!
