Core De Force: Day 9, Power Sculpt

2cb63910ea56d7ea8efd76a967c3fa29I wasn’t a fan of this particular routine when it first time it came up in the program.  I wasn’t super motivated to do it either time it came up on the calendar.  But I must say I surprised myself this time around.

I found myself concentrating on the moves more.  I really focused on my form and didn’t think about substituting like I had the first time.  I continued to do things slow and modified where needed.  Honestly, I enjoyed myself.

I got a great workout in.  The anxiety I had built up the last few days kind of melted away with my sweat.  Overall, I feel a lot better; my head is a little clearer and I have that awesome after working feeling.
